How do you balance constantly changing job descriptions, school needs, innovative leadership opportunities and tight budgets? In a constantly changing profession that requires strong juggling skills we will discuss how to keep the focus on student learning. Using the recently updated model job description we will address the three key areas of building the learning environment, innovative teaching for learning and empowering learning through leadership. We will share and discuss the updated resources developed by the workgroup/panel and feedback from the field. We will also discuss plans to address other related issues such as accountability, assessment, variations in staffing levels and filling open positions.
